Hello everyone! Welcome back to another installment for Paper Butterflies. Here in Ontario we had such a wet summer, that we enjoyed the beautiful weather we were afforded in September and October!
November's theme is Thank you and there was sooooo many different things I could have done, so I have chosen this lovely Queen sitting on a sunflower (one of my favorite flowers) to color up for you today.
In this entry, I colored the imaged with copic markers, but I also used some techniques that I learned at a watercolor class I recently took.
These are the copic colors I used:
HAIR: E15,YR23, YR24, Y21
BOW & SHIRT RV69, RV63, RV55
SKIN: E0000, E00, E08,E11,E21
PANTS: B95,B93,B91
SUNFLOWERS: R29, YR07, Y38, Y35,Y19
FLOWER CENTRE: G94, G99, G21,YG03
LEAVES: G94, YG11, YG13
TREE TRUNK: E09, E11,E15
It took me a long time to get the colors and coloring right but in the end I was happy with the end result.
